Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you open my baby's mouth for a full pacifier or bottle?

  • If your baby is SILICONE the mouth can be opened. If your baby is vinyl a magnet will be required.

Can you give my baby dimples or open/close his or her eyes?

  • All of our sculpts are copyrighted to the attributes you see in the example pictures of the sculpt. I cannot modify any part of the physical sculpt.

What happens if I don't like my custom baby when I receive it?

I am one of the only artists who offer a no questions asked opt in exchange policy on my custom dolls. To activate this option just leave a note in the transaction notes that says "Enable Exchange". This ensures that you will receive your baby's preview gallery before it is shipped, so you can approve delivery or process an exchange. Once a baby has been shipped to you, it cannot be returned for any reason.

  • If your BabySoft Vinyl custom baby just isn't what you had envisioned ~ you have the option to exchange it for a new custom baby made from a different sculpt that I have in stock (FREE). Or, you may special order a blank kit at your cost. (BabySoft Vinyl kits are generally close to $130 for the blank kit).
  • Silicone babies may also be exchanged at buyer's cost for new blank kit. All silicone is pour to order ~ so we don't have any in stock blank babies. (Full silicone generally costs close to $2,000 for the blank baby. Partial silicone blank kits are anywhere from $800 to $1,200 depending on the sculpt).

Can I have a drink & wet system installed in my doll?

  • There are a select few full silicone babies that are offered with this option. Please inquire about this before placing an order. Dolls with cloth bodies cannot have a dws installed because of catastrophic damage and serious danger of mold growth.

I saw a reborn baby online that blinked its eyes. Can you do this for my doll?

  • There are a few videos of reborn babies online that appear to be moving & blinking their eyes. This is a filter and is not real. There are no options currently for eyes that open and close.
