While all of the babies I create are of the highest quality that doesn't always mean that you will love your baby. I understand that connecting with your baby is highly individual. That's why I provide this service. This listing gives you the option for exchange in case your baby just isn't what you had envisioned. All sculpts render differently. Every baby is different. This is an insurance policy just in case you would like to have the option pick another baby.

NOTICE:

If a poor review is left because a customer failed to READ the terms of sale in the item description the buyer will be reported to Etsy for extortion. This is deemed an unlawful action because the review system is manipulated by attempting to secure a shipment for an unpaid item. The seller has the option to pursue litigation for libel, as well. TERMS DISCLOSURE
Pursuant to Virginia Law buyer is hereby made aware that there are no refunds for any purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

LAYAWAY/PAYMENT PLAN CUSTOMERS
If a payment plan order is voided or canceled, all of the monies paid via Stripe platform will be translated into store credits for future use. Refunded amount will exclude the cost of materials, all applicable transaction fees and restocking/cancellation charge of $100.
